Road Trip Part 2...

We stayed in a suite in a really nice hotel, just a 10 minute walk from Disneyland.

It was really nice to spread out, having older kids.

And boy, did we enjoy the sun!!

Road Trip!

We decided as a family that this Spring Break we would attempt a road trip to California!

OK, we don't look so good at 6:00 in the morning!

It was quite the adventure getting there.... in 2 days we drove through thunderstorms, hailstorms....

snow....

and a sandstorm before finally.....

reaching L.A.!!! It was sunny and warm and fantastic!

Date Night

Last night my son and I had a date.....the Canucks game!!

They lost...but we had the most awesome time.....

I am so thankful for my amazing 16-year-old son....

who wanted to go to the game with his mom!!
