Dance World Cup

Gabi's dance studio attended 2 simultaneous dance competitions last week (5 days worth!) in Richmond at the River Rock.

Here we all are getting ready......

One competition was a Nationals....with dancers from Canada and the USA.

The other one was the World Cup, and they danced on this stage at the River Rock Show Theatre.

Here is team Canada being introduced....

There were also teams from China, Japan, Portugal, Turkey, Germany, Italy....and more that I can't think of right now!

In one of our rare moments of down-time, my friends Dawna and David and I went to play the slots in the casino....and Dawna won!

Our studio did awesome.... here is the trio "Living la Vida" getting a first place gold medal!

And here is Kenadee and Keetyn Maxwell getting their 3rd place bronze medals!

And last but not least, here is "I hope I get it" getting their 3rd place bronze medals....Gabi is in the back row, second from left.
